"big portions! the Chicken Kabox was a decent portion of tender tender chicken. the rice is cooked well and the grilled tomato and pepper were nice adds. I paired it with the Maydoon Salad which is large and fresh tasting. enough for two servings. I have never had Kashk e Bademjan and I really enjoyed it. unique flavors. the Baklava is moist with good texture and a light flavor. Finally, the Doogh was interesting and unexpected. it is salty and refreshing. overall fantastic meal."

"The Beef Shawarma is the best wrap I've had thus far. The creamy tahini sauce and the juices of the fresh produce make for a wonderfully mouth-watering, trascendent experience. The beef is deeply tender and the pita is soft. The Beef Burak has a masterful, crispy dough and a slightly sweet meat on the inside; and the Kibbeh is similar in this sense, but the fried outside layer isn't as satisfying, while still flavorful and moist. The Pita Bread on its own has a savory touch to it, but perhaps it should be a larger size to use for tearing off and scooping up their basmati rice. Lastly, the Falafel was perfectly salty and crunchy, as expected. Overall, Mosaeic is an excellent choice for Mediterranean cuisine. 5 stars, I will be ordering again most definitely! Bravo.
