There are more options available when you call them directly to put in an order. On DoorDash it doesn't allow the customer the ability to request (or indicate in the note field) what type of sauce to put on wings and no options to add/remove burger toppings such as bacon or type of cheese. Also, their onion rings are delicious - unfortunately I wasn't able to order them on DoorDash because fries and onion rings are not included on their list of appetizers. "

"The fish in the Fish and Chips wasn't very good, was overcooked and really tough/chewy around the edges like fried chicken that's been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. I had to use a steak knife to cut it. Everything else was really, really good. I know the Rueben eggrolls looked like they were dumped in a box and shaken up, but they tasted really good. The Crab Rangoon eggroll sounded interesting, but I really wasn't expecting them to be so good. Definitely something I'll gt again. The corn fritters were also something that was different and tasted great. Prices are reasonable and portion size is good. They also remembered to include all of the saces including the extra tartar sauce, and read/followed the special instructions, I will definitely be ordering from here again!"

Could have benefited from a bit more sauce but will overlook that bc they actually made mine without bean sprouts like I requested! Pot stickers- not so great. Chose fried version but they were hard (tooth shattering) and dark brown/burnt on one side and soggy victims of foil bag condensation on the other. Did not travel well. Further disappointing was amount of ginger sauce! Small container was just under half full. However, given all 4 pieces had inedible scorched wrappers, I suppose the dipping sauce was poured accordingly. Feeling buyers remorse bc I could have grabbed these at Trader Joe's and prepared them better myself for a fraction of the $9 spent on an appetizer that was basically the fillings of 4 potstickers."

"I called the store to double check what actually comes with the order. The Arroz con Camarones / Rice with Shrimp comes with fries. The Churrasco comes with white rice, fries and a green salad. If you want to replace the fries for tostones/green plantain, you have to add a note requesting it. The Patacones con Pollo / Fried Plantains with Chicken is just a large plantain with shredded chicken and cheese on top, but it was very delicious! My son really loved it! We also ordered a Lemonada / Lemonade & jugomJugos naturales / Natural Juices de Parcha (Passion Fruit) made with water (you have to choose between water or milk), both were very good! The passion fruit juice was on the thicker side but had good flavor. The lemonade tasted perfect! It was prepared and delivered earlier than expected.
