They really need a shake by the time you get them, and I love that. The avocado toast was great too. The "superseeds", feta and grape tomatoes really set it off. I just wish they offered it on Ezekiel bread (non flour, sprouted grains) but to be fair, few places outside California offer this, and it did taste great.
