They just throw in packets of Chinese soy sauce (there's a difference between Chinese & Japanese soy sauces), sweet & sour sauce, and Sriracha sauce. All three rolls were absolutely delicious but my favorite had to be the Crazy Salmon Roll; it was just so tasty and the cream cheese with the spicy salmon and seared salmon just goes great together! My partner got the Tonkotsu Garlic Ramen and said the broth was super flavorful and delicious, but he might try their thin noodles next time though since he was kinda iffy on the ones he ordered! Bit he said the broth made up for that, it was THAT good. Both of us loved the Crab Rangoon and will absolutely be ordering from here again :)"
