"I ordered the P9 Phở Chín Nạm and this is the smallest "Large" bowl I've ever seen. I had just had a dental procedure and was told I could eat broth and soft noodles so I thought pho would be perfect but it came with all the fixings already in the bowl. It took a long time to pick out all the bean sprouts and some of the noodles that had been touching the jalapeños really burned the sutures in my mouth. Thank goodness the Bubble Tea was perfect and soothing. The order makes you choose tapioca and jelly, neither of which I could have today, but I put "no tapioca" in the notes and they listened, so that was appreciated."

"They gave us grilled pork instead of grilled chicken. There wasn't much lemongrass flavoring and it was dry, salty, and fatty. The triple vermicelli V6 was similarly salty and fatty. The grilled beef in grape leaves was also dry and salty. The grape leaves are what usually makes the beef so juicy, so it was super disappointing. Overall, our whole order was big letdown. Pretty expensive considering the poor quality. It's too bad, because they had a better selection of items than than the other available Vietnamese restaurants in the area."

" Springtime Roll Solstice - spring rolls were good and hit the spot. I assume the rest is ment to be tost together in some kind of noodle salad? And ment to justify the $20 charge for 5 rolls? There is half a container on noodles and the other half filled with vegetables so in that sence there is a large amout of food. The disappointing thing was that the rolls were placed on topof the noodles and veggies making half of each side soggy instead of crunchy. Chicken Pho-rtune - can be sum up by saying "bland" If youre sick or have a picky eater this may be just what you need but all the flavor comes from adding sriracha, oyster sauce, or salt even. The noodles and chicken are in a separate bowl from the broth which is not inmy helpful for dividing portions but keeps the noodles from getting mushy. The noodles do stick to hard but as soonas you ad the broth they easily start separating on their own without any effort. I added the egg and I shouldve known better since it was hard instead of runny. "
