"I ordered my daughter the TONKOTSU RAMEN WITH FRESH GINGER & SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS. She said it's really yummy & as good as the ramen she can get in Seattle or NYC! The temperature was perfectly hot, the noodle & pork portions were generous and the shiitake mushrooms added heartiness. She said she would've liked the egg just a little bit softer but that's just her preference & it was still very good. The broth was rich & flavorful without being greasy or salty.
