"We keep ordering. I keep hoping. Today, we got two forks and two napkins for three entrees and an appetizer. We got two tiny pieces of bread for 4 people, which is an improvement! They usually send none, even when I call and request it. Even when I pay for an item like a drink and send a note or call to say that I don't want the drink, I want to pay for bread. The pasta salad that has been on their menu for as long as I can remember is now ordered "by the item" so all of the vegetables that are listed in the description of the item are charged separately.
