"I got my order, but everything tasted stale and cold. The chicken on my Hand-Breaded Chicken Biscuit Combo was so hard It felt like I was going to break my teeth. HOWEVER this is the first time I have had quality issues from this Hardee's. They are our breakfast go-to, and we get lunch/dinner at least once a week, and Never has the food been inedible. Stuff might get left out occasionally, or something gets included/exchanged by accident. We'll write this one off as a bad day and hope the next is back to normal."

"Everything was WONDERFUL! The chicken salad sandwich reminded me of grandmother's, and was a heavy layer of chicken salad between two thick slices of the fluffiest sandwich bread. Sorry, it didn't make it long enough for pictures. It came with a bag of OG lays classic and a cold can of Dr. Pepper. The pasta salad is different from what I'm used to but was good.
