Before Keem's, I was struggling bad to find a decent soulfood spot in DE as the food quality everywhere has went down after Covid. Keem's will be the ONLY soulfood spot I order from; The Catfish was crispy and light weight, the Crab Deviled Eggs was so good that they were finished before I even realized, the Mac & Cheese was not only cheesy but had a nice crispy top and had FLAVOR. The Cornbread Skillet was to die for. I also got a side of collared green which was eaten in the same amount of time as the Crab Deviled Eggs lol. The food was a bit pricy though, so be warned. For me, this would probably be a once in a paycheck meal as I easily spent $60+. "Who would have thought that a place called Wilma's in downtown Wilmington could transform U to the French Quarter in New Orleans. I had ordered the French Quarter Jambalaya and the Fried Chicken Po'Boy and both were spectacular, true Cajun / Creole dishes and seasoned perfectly. The only thing I wish for is to have more sauce for the jambalaya for the rice and more Remoulade sauce for the Po'Boy but they do not allow this on the site, otherwise it would be absolutely perfect. I will definitely re-order from here again and call them to request more sauce. I cannot wait to order again and experience Cajun / Creole cooking at its best."
