"I ordered carne salada burritos for myself and my coworker. The burritos were listed as including carne asada, rice, beans and pico de gallo per their own posting. We both asked for the rice to be put on the side. I received a message that the burritos do not come with rice and beans, it only comes with the meat, pico de gallo and guacamole. They immediately ended the chat and would let not respond and send them a message back showing the posting of what was ordered. I was charged $42 for 2 burritos that were not at all what was posted and offered, nor what we ordered. Extremely dissapointing. What we got was not worth, what we were charged."

The Classic Milk Tea was ordered without milk, which made it watery & might be my mistake, but the flavor was off and the brown sugar boba texture was, again, hard and rubbery instead of soft and chewy.
