"I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. My DoorDash driver was repeatedly ignored by staff, even after waiting in line and trying to get someone’s attention. What made it more frustrating is that my food was already prepared and sitting on the pickup shelf the entire time, yet no one would acknowledge the driver or hand over the order.
Because of this lack of basic customer service and organization, my delivery was unnecessarily delayed. The issue was not the driver. She communicated clearly, advocated for the order, and did everything she could. The delay was entirely due to the restaurant prioritizing dine in customers while neglecting delivery orders that were already ready.
This kind of service reflects poorly on the business. If a restaurant chooses to accept delivery orders, they should treat them with the same urgency and respect as in person customers. I hope management addresses this, because the current process is unacceptable."
