"WHAT A WAY TO REDEEM YOURSELVES. I decided to order again even though the last time was OK. This time was perfect. The jr bacon cheeseburger in the jr Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag had the right amount of mayo and no bacon like i requested. The 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets and nuggets in the biggie bag are perfect. French Fries were PERFECT. Everything was the right temperature this time around and fresh. I wven got all of my sauces rhis time around as well! I had to order the Tangerine Lemonade again. If you haven't tried it yet, it's soooo good. Also, this was my first time trying the Ghost Pepper Ranch Sauce which was pretty good. The only thing was the undercooked/weird nugget i found but i am not sweating it. I have plenty of nuggets and i'm still pleased. "

I am pleased that it came with no bacon as requested. Sometimes it's a toss up lol The fries were old, flimsy and cold. Not as good as they usually are and no salt. I had the Saba Shioyaki (Mackerel) appetizer with a ginger garlic sauce (dark brown) and sautéed broccoli. I was hooked and pretty excited that i had one on my side of town. Today was the first and last time i will order from this location. I ordered the Saba Shioyaki (Mackerel) again, but this time, the meal. A lot more bones than the other location but my piece is a little bigger. White rice was great with it , but the food arrived cold and not much of that crunch which made it unenjoyable. My dad raves about the Crab Rangoon so i decided to try it. The crab rangoon was good, but there was no crab, just cream cheese and the cup of sweet and sour sauce was pitiful (see picture) especially for 6 crab rangoon. My son enjoyed his Tatsuta Age (Chicken Nuggets) with Steamed Broccoli, so that is a plus. My soup (clear soup) is the only thing that came good and hot and there was a salad which was good. The Salad dressing (8 oz) was more like yum yum sauce on top of some homemade sauce. I didn't like the taste of what that was and was expecting the brown ginger sauce with the garlic i received Saturday at the other location."

"Extreme amount of fat on my brisket sandwich after tearing the pieces of fat off I was left with about a 4 ounce piece of meat. Which was also very tough. The fries in the picture are not the fries I received. The bun wasn't toasted and normally always is. The food was hot but the quality was poor. I normally love smoking Howard's but not sure if I'll order again due to the poor quality."

Ribs were dry, hard, did NOT come close to falling off the bone, and they tasted like old pork. I did not finish them for fear they were old and bad. Broccoli was crunchy, not tender crisp as steamed vegetables should be, but crunchy raw. The baked potato was edible but did not come with butter or sour cream as stated, and the steak was fine. Overall very displeased to have spent over $50 on terrible food. "
