The only letdowns were the fries and the sauces. The waffle fries weren’t hot by the time they arrived, which could’ve been from the delivery, but they also didn’t feel freshly made. And I didn’t get all the sauces I asked for, which was disappointing because that’s one of the best parts of ordering from Chick-fil-A. For a new location, the food quality was still solid overall, but between the missing sauces and not-so-hot fries, it didn’t hit the usual Chick-fil-A standard. I’d give it about a 3.5 out of 5 — good flavors, just needs better follow-through. I will definitely give them another chance though, hopefully it'll be 5 stars next time!"

"I ordered the Caramel Toffee Crunch Latte, and extra Side of Sausage Gravy and the The Five and Dime and all three dishes were amazing. All of the food is authentic country food with a great texture that had a blend of crispiness and softness, and the coffee was sweet enough while retaining a good strongness to it, though I may I have altered that taste a bit by adding an extra shot of espresso. When preparing for delivery, the store was careful to separate the gravy from the rest of the food to ensure that the food wasn't too soggy upon arrival and I appreciate that. It's expensive to order from this place, but it's worth it! I'll be ordering again in the future."
