You could treat the pork without the sauce and you would've been fine! The pepper was a nice touch and I LOVED the strips of cactus. It really made te dish that much better! I hope yall make vegetarian version of this dish with like mushrooms rice and beans I would totally order and so would my vegetarian sister (I want to cut meat out of my diet). Anyway, when I'm in the area again I will definitely be spending my money here. I thought the food was going to be mediocre but iwas pleasantly surprised!
