"This place is always on point. Flavors and portion sizes are consistent and the menu is not like other copy/paste menus. The Honey Garlic Chicken is always evenly sauced and is delicious over the lo mein or golden rice. The Crab Rangoon (5 Pieces) always is crispy and I have never received one burnt from filling overflow. Steamed Lava Egg Yolk Bun (2 Pieces) is an interesting item. Inside is a creamy texture that has some sweetness to it. The bun is always nicely steamed and a firm little pillow. Whether you are picky about eggy flavors (like me) or just curious, it's worth trying at least once. They are pretty dang good, in my opinion. I have ordered multiple times and tried a number of things. Never had a bad meal. BUT... I haven't seen the scallion pancakes on the dash menu when I order lately. Loved them. :("

"OK, so this was my first order from this place. I've had Chinese Crispy Pork from several restaurants around the Orlando area. This restaurant's version was on point when it came to seasoning/spices. Unfortunately, it was sitting in so much grease that it took a lot of work to make it edible. That entailed having to use almost a whole roll of paper towel to squeeze as much of the grease out as possible, followed by using my Instant Pot's Tender Crisp function to render it even more before it was gastronomically palatable. By the time I was done, I'd lost my appetite for it. My friends ate some, however they commented that although it tasted good it was "a bit too greasy." Hot and Sour Soup: The Hot and Sour Soup was ok. The ingredients were there, however, the flavor was bland and disappointing. It lacked the heat and spice that is indicative of the traditional dish. The broth seemed watered down. I added my own spices to elevate the flavor & it was pretty good. I would recommend it."
