"0 stars. spent $40 and got a bag full of boxes turned sideways. everything was leaking all over inside of bag. paid $4 upcharge on some "homestyle" broccoli they call it. i got 3 brocolli florets with a couple green and red peppers chunks it looked like. way to up charge on the brocolli. shrimp n parmesan sirloin had no parmesan and no sauce since all the sauce leaked out into the bag from all the boxes being thrown in sideways. i got my sirloin med rare but it was so cooked i only ate the outside parts that were kinda medium. middle was well done and trash. not wanting any kind of refund or anything just letting people know this place has become garbage in the last month or so. i dont know if its new staff or what but the food has been garbage and ill be spending my money somewhere else."

"Was giving Papa John's one last try... because it's always been our favorite, BUT... once again called in my order to the store nearest me, less than 1 mile away in Alton. That store sent my order to the Wood River store - at least 15 minutes away! Pizza was strangest we've ever had ! Ordered large stuffed crust, as usual. The bottom crust was so thin, the sauce on it had completely saturated through it, and it was stuck to the box. When we tried to lift a piece from the box, it detached itself from the stuffed crust edge! Never had one like it before. Sorry I did not take picture, but was too buzy trying to fix something for the grandkids to eat. The stuffed crust alone just wasnt enough for them! On the plus side, the stuffed crust edges were tasty, but not worth $35! Yes, that's how much I paid by the time I added to the driver's tip since he had to drive so far to deliver. I wanted to at least cover his gas expense! Not a good memory to go out on! "
