"so if you are a fan of my reviews you are aware the Classic Cheese Burger here is my absolute favorite. "I've had Hector's bistro before and have liked it. I especially love the Philly cheesesteak quesadilla. It's huge and so good. The disco fries were good and the steak bowl I just tasted and had great flavor. If it were for me, I would have added pico de galo. The only issue I had was that the food was a little cold, and the gravy leaked all over the gag, but I'm not sure if that was The Driver's fault. Overall, it was very good."
