"I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the meal my guest and I were served during our recent visit to Nelly Latin Restaurant. We were two paying adults, yet the portions we received were shockingly small — more fitting for a toddler’s plate than a full meal. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was unacceptable. The chicken was overcooked and dry, while the pork chops were completely bland, lacking any seasoning or flavor. It honestly tasted like something that had been microwaved and tossed on a plate with no care or attention. We came in expecting a satisfying Latin meal and left feeling completely let down and still hungry. Given the prices, we expected quality and authenticity, but unfortunately, neither was delivered. This experience has left a very bad impression, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your food and service moving forward."
