Every other time I've ordered from, or eaten at this store I've received chips with my burger, which made the price feel more worthit. Without the chips I don’t feel like the meal is worth the price, despite being delicious. I’ve eaten burgers in my home town and on trips that are just as good for much better prices. I don’t know if they've decided to change their policy on chips, (which doesnt make much sense to keep the prices the same) or if there is someone new there who doesn't realise they need to put chips in with the burger. However the quality of the finished product has fallen off. I notice now they are largely using much smaller chicken tenders instead of breast fillets they used to use in their rolls and burgers. Even when I buy them from the store the bacon has little flavour and is at best lightly cooked and the burgers are often only lukewarm. The rolls aren't as crisp as they were. The chips are however still excellent . I'd be happier to pay more for a better quality product like they used to have. They used to be iconic!"
