The app said food was ready for pickup, so I stepped into the restaurant, waited in line for over five minutes, and was told to come back in 10. I left and came back a little over 15 minutes later...and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. Every single person waiting for a pickup order was loudly complaining about being told "just 5 minutes" over and again. If it's going to be 30+ minutes, please just say so. "
