"Very disappointed with last delivery. First it was missing the ice cream. Second, it was scheduled for requested time and ending up receiving almost an hour before instead ( mind it I wasnt at home or anyone else who could recieve and it's def not drivers fault). And then the dessert was cold but even the cookie itself wasn't even up the mark like the usual. It tasted half burnt and was so less, mostly covered with other stuff, portion wasn't up to the mark. Paying almost $30 for that wasn't worth it. Feels like it's a miss or hit situation with them now."
