First time was good, but this time, not so much. - the pappadums smelled of " freezer burn". - the "samosas" were like generic triangular spring rolls you get from the supermarket - the vindaloo sauce was thin, and the lamb was not even mixed in, just sitting on top. No where near as tasty as last time we ordered - the butter chicken was similar, chicken and sauce not mixed, and tasted nothing like a good butter chicken. "Been looking forward to trying the butter poached chicken for a while and needless to say I am quite disappointed. The chicken I got was bland, the skin was very rubbery and the meat was very dry and pretty much bland. It tasted just like boiled chicken that was put in the microwave. I had to season it myself with a bit of salt and pepper, and that's something I should NEVER have to do when I order food from a restaurant. The only redeeming part was the sauce itself, which was absolutely delicious, but the chicken should be the star of the dish, not the sauce. I don't think it's worth the hefty price tag at all and I feel genuinely ripped off. This should cost $15 for what it is, not a mind-boggling $38. Only giving it an extra star because the sauce was pretty great, but I am still really disappointed as I expected a lot better."
