He refused to hear my words that I could barely even find any chicken in my sandwich, let alone extra that I paid for. He refused to do anything about the lack of food in the sandwhich and said that's how they will all be from now on. Just lost a good customer, we won't be going back. We could have gone to a nice sit down restaurant for the same amount or less and been full. A $20 sandwiche that barely has anything in it is ridiculous. The manager blamed it on food prices are going up so, and he said his store is getting killed on prices so they have to lower portions. Not worth the $ , we will go to Jimmy Johns instead."

"we got 2 mini blizzards in a double dash order. while I love that there was plenty in both blizzards as far as quantity, both of the outside were sticky and had ice cream on them. I attempted to wipe them off. However, to no avail. I had to put them both in glasses to solve the issue. It was not a hot day, either, so it was unlikely the weather caused such mess.
