"I ordered a Three Cheese Patty Melt which costs a dollar more than a regular cheeseburger. I was supposed to get rye bread, sauteed onions three types of cheese and signature sauce. I got a regular cheeseburger on a bun with pickles that looked very much like the regular cheeseburger my husband ordered for a dollar less. in addition, the burger, ordered medium, was well done, the tots had an awful burnt taste like they were fried in old oil that something had been burned in, and I had to wait almost an hour for the food because they didn't even start preparing it until well after I got to the store.
