I'm not used to so much oil being used to cook Garlic Naan Butter Naan and I don't know if Paratha is supposed to be cooked in so much oil either, but they were very flat and dense. Still edible, but very heavy. Will try again. This was my first time having Saag (Spinach) Paneer Curry and am in love with it. So much flavor is packed into this dish! They use a hard tofu and I'm not mad at it. Butter Chicken: SUPERB! Chicken Biryani: extremely flavorful and also SUPERB! And omg the Veg Samosa (2 pcs) are as well; ESPECIALLY with the brown sauce (sorry, idk the name of it), that sauce is divine! Such an appropriate amount of heat and a perfect flavor profile to pair with the samosas. I could eat it like a soup. Rasmalai is an acquired taste I think (is that rose water?) If there is rose water in it, you did a great job with the balance of its use. This was the first time I was able to eat and enjoy a dessert with rose water. If you use tap water to cook the plain rice, I can taste it...it tastes off to me regardless. I will be eating here again; best believe!!"
