All of our salads can be made vegan upon request.
Our dough is made fresh daily, hand tossed and cooked directly on the hearth stones of our good ol' gas blodgett ovens. We use 100% whole milk mozzarella, imported Parmesan and Romano cheeses and imported extra virgin olive oil. Our meatballs and all of our dressings and sauces are made in house and we are proud to serve locally made sp provision Italian pork sausage. All pies are sprinkled with our "fairy dust" cheese/herb mix before they are served unless otherwise requested.
