Traditional Vietnamese noodles in beef broth (served w/ yellow & green onions, cilantro, basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño, & lime) *RAW STEAK DISCLOSURE: Our pho contains thinly sliced raw steak, which cooks in the hot broth when served in-house. For TAKE-OUT orders, the steak is prepared raw and should be cooked thoroughly at home by adding it to the heated broth.
