The Original Hobo
As seen on man vs. Food nation. Can you handle it. Reminiscent of the bits and pieces the rail riders would put together to make their famous hobo stew during the great depression era. Except, of course, we top our smoked potato with piles of our meats and sides for this feast for the hungry guy or gal.
