All of our steaks are seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground pepper and topped with clarified butter and button mushrooms, unless otherwise desired. Steaks available pan-seared upon request.
Red tracton's serves only the highest quality prime aged eastern beef, jumbo seafood, poultry and fresh produce. All steaks are cut in-house. All soups, sauces and sides are prepared in-house, fresh daily. Good food takes time to prepare.
