"I always order the same 2 sandwiches, the Pavo Cubano Sandwich & the Chicken Pesto Panini. Both are amazing, SO good (and I am Cuban). The problem is: the more often I order, the less sandwich I get. The first time I ordered these, they were fat/heavy/hearty sandwiches packed with meats. Little by little though, every order had less fillings than the last. Fast forward to 10+ orders later (this order): each sandwich was more bread than fillings. 80% bread, not exaggerating. On the flipside, there were two items that were not only not good, but inedible: the Canelés de Bordeaux (5) were rubbery, sour and cold; the Kids Cheesy Scrambled Eggs were cold, had a consistency between liquidy and gritty, looked white- like oatmeal- and was mixed with a few mystery ingredients other than cheese, and had an overpowering boursin-like taste which ultimately went in the trash. Lastly, our Chocolate Croissant was not included and we were reimbursed with less $ credits than what the croissant actually cost (but that is dash door, not the restaurant). "
