"The chicken salad in the picture on the menu, showed it in a tortilla bowl. the Chicken Salad was not in a bowl, but had chips on the side. I actually really enjoyed the flavor of the chicken and ate it like nachos. A full sliced whole tomato, a full whole sliced avocado and shredded thinly sliced carrots were really fresh and tasty, as well as the green leaf lettuce. It was delicious and a healthy option. "Broasted chicken was burnt but tasted fine. sides were awful---we've ordered the mashed potatoes and wedges at least a dozen times and both were inedible. There was maybe a dozen wedges to equal "3" sides, undercooked and under seasoned. The mashed potato gravy was unusually sweet (it's normally your basic brown gravy) and the potatoes had that acidic sweet taste and gray color that only happens if they've been drastically overcooked for a really long time.
Biscuits and gravy not worth the time.
Overall if I'm craving Broasted chicken I may get a basic order but I'm done as far as anything else from Sterling goes."
