"Delicious. The flavors are incredible. Fresh, well made. The mango lassi is perfectly tart and sweet and tastes very good. My only complaint is we should have ordered another one. The rice is perfect and the paneer masala comes with an enough to have leftovers. We regularly order this weekly. It's so good."
"I wasn't sure about the Mango Lassi but it was so flavorful and delicious! I wasn't expecting the flavors it has something hints of spices and it's semi thick like a yogurt drink. I also loved the paneer pakoda which was also not what I expected. I never had food like this before and I'm excited for the rest. such as spinach and cheese nan, garlic nan and holy portions on getting two of the mix veg pakora! also open until 4am perfect for late night munchies! I will certainly order again but I also want to see the place in person now some time."

"The Vegetable Deluxe has great flavor without being too salty, and the Jasmine Rice is well worth the price point. My protein was shrimp, which could be either bigger in size, or a few more (especially since shrimp is a higher price point. Overall happy with the meal."
"Pot Stickers were pretty expensive for five tiny dumplings and the sauce was VERY sweet and molasses-y. Tom Kha (Cup) was perfect size, generous with the shrimp, though the veg was nearly all onion. I do wish more places offered cups like they do here. "

Chicken tandoori is Not dry Delicious"
"Ordered delivery, got a Dani Bhalla Chat which was absolutely delicious. Also got garlic naan and an eggplant dish called Baingan Bhartha, which was ok. I should have ordered medium spice. The portions were great... I ate half here at work and put the other half in the fridge to bring home. The rice was nice and fluffy. They didn't provide utensils or napkins, so had to search for some. But all in all I would order from here again. Delivery was only about 2.5 miles from my work place"

"First, the mango lassi here is so delicious. Just sweet enough, but thick and delightfully tart. Secondly, I don't know how, but these are such flavorful noodles for being a vegetarian item! The noodles traveled well in the delivery and were still warm. They roll right up on a fork (I didn't try to use chopsticks this time).
Finally, I've had the chicken and cilantro hand pies at the store. They are wonderful if you like cilantro. Note: CILANTRO. (polarizing ingredient)
I like the crust and this time it is a little different than the one I had in store the other week, but heated thoroughly and the chew is satisfying. The crust does not flake or make a big mess, if you are worried about trying to eat at a desk or a less ideal environment.
While not in our delivery order this time, we have eaten the dumplings at the restaurant (and made the frozen version). They are top notch."
"I enjoy both the vegetarian and meat-added version of the Himalayan Chow Mein(Vegan-Friendly) . The noodles, vegetables, and spices are always fresh and energizing. I like to use a little bit of the in-store made hot sauce. Be attentive, a little goes a long way.
The hand pies such as the Curried Potato (Vegan-Friendly) I had today are nice, they don't make a big mess and you still enjoy that crispy fried flavor. The fillings are good and depending on how I feel about animal welfare that day (sigh) I may choose the chicken and cilantro version.
I've had good experiences in the cafe when it is open as well as well packaged food with kind words via DoorDash. Always eager to repeat order."

"The Pani Puri was thoroughly delectable. The pani (tamarind water with boondis) was thick with flavor unlike the usual watered down version I've tasted elsewhere. I wish there were more pooris, though. The potato based filling perfectly balanced out the tangyness of the pani and the meethi (dates) chutney.
My only suggestion would be to include more pooris and accordingly some additional quantity of the potato filling.
PS: No photos because I already finished it all in one go :D"
"The food is always to die for! The Non veg thali / platter gives a lot of variety for an inexpensive price. And theLamb Curry is so tender and delcious. Everything is fresh and so deicious! "I know this place is new & it's a neat concept but our first experience was a little awkward. I chose the lowest sugar level which didn't add any sweetness to the drink. There are many levels so not sure which to choose. The "honey bun" (not pictured) was an actual mini hamburger bun. Not a fan @ $6. What is the Rose City Chai? A description would be nice. My chai came in another store's branded cup which was confusing, I thought it was a wrong order or just a weird way to cut corners. The hot chai was good but had an open hole & spilled en route. We would order again, maybe in store for a better experience & to try the traditional clay cups."

"I've ordered a handful of times, tried a few different dishes and have not been disappointed. all the flavors are there, the portions are generous and everything looks and smells amazing! this fish dish was so yummy, but if you struggle with spicy food then I would suggest the other fish they have on their menu. this Apollo Fish is something I've been wanting to try. it's not crispy because it's tossed in a delicious spicy sauce after it's fried. as for the soda, the one in my photo is not the one I ordered (I don't think) but I assume they are out of the Indian Soda - Jaljeera Maslala and replaced it with Limca. I don't mind, it's still yummy. I would (and plan to) order from here again and tho I would order the Apollo Fish again, but not before I get to try all the other exciting dishes!"

"Korma is my fav dish of ALL time, and East India continues to have the best korma I ever had. If you like Tikka Masala but are looking for something new to try, I'd recommend the Korma! I personally love to use the Garlic Naan to roll up some curry + basmati rice that is served alongside the curry dish. Indian burrito style af!
Don't forget to add Samosa Chaat and Mango Lassi (milkshake) to your order because they're the perfect combination for your pleasure and taste buds! Nothing is better than flavours and aromas of Indian spices and mango to level off the spice!
If youre looking for something that isn't a curry dish, or you don't know much about Indian food, I'd HIGHLY recommend Hyderabadi Dum Biryani with cilantro! "
"Hands down the BEST Indian food in all of Portland! Great quality, flavours, service, the whole package and more. Never messed up the order, lots of vegetarian/vegan options, lots of variety of curries to choose from. I cant wait to try them all. "Probably the worst chicken Tikka masala, the gravy was spoiled and absolutely flavorless. There were hardly 5 small pieces of chicken. Any Indian restaurant would serve a better gravy than this. Avoid this place at any cost.
And giving offer on this senseless. Staff at pickup point was not friendly he might be the kitchen staff but was very upsetting . "
"I just got done eating and oh my god ... that butter chicken is just so good. Portions are huge. Will have leftovers for dinner. And tomorrow's lunch. Seriously amazing butter chicken and rice perfectly cooked as well. I also had garlic naan which was super fresh BUT could use way more garlic in my humble opinion. The price is up there but honestly you kinda get two portions in one so totally worth it."

"Everything was super flavorful and delicious, well made and well packaged with care. They were out of one thing I ordered and not only allowed me to choose something to replace it, but also sent me some unexpected extras for the inconvenience. It was a very welcome, delicious, and thoughtful surprise! I can't wait to try this place again. This is the best poori and roti I've had in years, and the flavors in everything I received were truly amazing. You can tell the ingredients are all super fresh."

"This is easily the best Indian food I've had in Portland. My wife and I have tried so many different spots in the area and none of them come close. The Chicken Khorma and Chicken Makhani are delicious.
I get the wrap every time. It's massive and delicious. "
"I love everything here! Their flavors are amazing, everything is always fresh, and even down to the rice and naan is incredible. Good portions and sauce to other ingredients ratio, too. I have to stop myself from eating here multiple times a week! Highly recommend it all. My favorites are chicken or vegetable khorma and goa, as well as the tandori chicken. Yum!"

"Everything was AMAZING the portion size was large, they plenty of their Garlic Naan which I haven't tasted better before. The Chicke Tikka Masalan was even better, I could taste all the spices and seasoning truly amazing. Highly recommend to everyone"
"Extremely disappointing — not worth the price
The portions are extremely small for the price. The “Lamb Biryani” was nothing like biryani—it was essentially soggy curry rice. The rice was overly soft and had very little flavor, with only about 7 small pieces of lamb and roughly 100 g of rice in the portion.
The tandoori chicken was even more disappointing. I eat relatively low-salt food, but even I found this incredibly bland. There was barely any seasoning or salt. It honestly tasted like the chicken had been dipped in colored water, steamed, and then briefly broiled rather than properly marinated and cooked as tandoori chicken should be.
The food looked nothing like what I expected from the restaurant’s posted pictures. Do not rely solely on the images when deciding what to order.
Overall, extremely poor value for the price and a very disappointing meal. I would not order from here again."

"decent food: I was disappointed that the entrees didn't come with rice for the price.
Cheese Naan was interesting, I'd never had that before; Butter Chicken was good, a bit more buttery than I expected but still good; Lamb Curry was delicious; not sure why I received a Mango Lassi because I ordered a banana smoothie/lassi; lastly the Dal Tadka was well spiced.
I might order again but now I know to add rice."
"Super watery, meat tasted great. Ordered the highest spice and it doesn't have a kick at all. Couldn't finish the food just doesn't taste good at all."

"Incredible biryani, solid value / generous portions. Very pleased with this new addition to the neighborhood, definitely a weekly order for me now "
"Rich, robust, complex - just what you want from Indian cuisine. Surprising lack of vegetables for both curry and biryani and the Hyderabad Curry, though delicious, was a very small portion for the cost. Also surprised that the accompanying rice for the curry was plain, no saffron or other spices. The Paneer Biryani, though lacking veggies, did have large, yummy cubes of paneer and warmly flavorful rice. Overall great quality and flavor pay-off, just a bit pricey."

"WOW the taste was beyond what we expected! So flavorful and each curry dish has a distinct taste that we couldn't get enough of. We ordered 3 curries - Lamb, Brisket and Pork and all are beyond a 10 rating - so DELICIOUS! We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken which if you want something fried and not overly breaded and with a lot of flavor then this is it! It is boneless, tender, juicy and the sauce all over it is not over powering but a complimentary to the chicken - recommended to eat it while still warm.
The amount you receive for take out / delivery was more than enough for 2 adults and still have left overs. If you order 1 curry dish for 2 adults then it may not be enough if you are hungry, I would suggest 2 curries or another dish.
The cost based on the amount you receive is fair since the flavor of the curry and the types of meat used in the curry and how the meat is tender & flavorful is better than what I have tasted before in other Thai restaurants.
They put a lot of love in these dishes!
This is TOP QUALITY - I can taste it!
THANK YOU FOR WONDERFUL MEAL!
We will order again."
"Sweet & Sour Fried Chicken and Chopped BBQ Fried Rice were half off and great portion size. Enough for two. "Get the salmon belly expeditiously! My favorite dish here 100/10 it's usually my go to, plus the waterfall beef, Nam khao and the beef jerky! My kids and I also get the beignets when we have a sweet tooth. Must get the ube sauce to dip it just elevates it we like to get the chocolate or pandan sauce too. Amazing customer service and they read and listen to your notes."
"the picture shows the meat raw but mine was cooked. which is fine I guess it was still nice and tender, the Vegetable Spring Rolls were on a bogo which was awesome and they stayed nice and crispy. pho broth was a little different then other broths I've had but so flavorful, I usually prefer no spice in my soup, I like to add i to my bites but just keep that in mind,it's like a medium spice.great price for pho too.will order again in the future"

"Saltado Shaken Fries with beef was delicious, filling, didn't feel too heavy even though there were fries! Veggies made it feel fresh. The rice was slightly dry but given it was takeout, that was okay because the fries remained crispy. Also enjoyed shrimp tempura. Good flavor, great crunch. Slightly overcooked but I'd still order again."
"Salt and Pepper Shrimp was the best decision I have made in my mouth all week AMAZING❣️ T crunch lasted through delivery, the flavor danced in my mouth like a lost lover. WOW. 5am and I wish they were open. Wonton Chili Oil great flavor! so great it could have been toned down just a bit, pr placed over rice. Also the container was a small bowl, due to the dumplings being so close together, they stuck. i will suggest a flat larger bow so that the dumpling could keep their independence. Overall GREAT freaking dinner 4.9999999 starZ"

"Good? Yes. Worth the price? Definitely no. Two scoops of rice and a scoop of chicken that came in a leaking container... The seasoning is good, the flavor is good, but it's more like a side dish of chicken with rice. I'd reprice at $12 to be fair."
