I used to genuinely enjoy this restaurant's goat masala. The meat was tender, flavorful, and had the distinctive aroma I've come to associate with well-prepared goat.
Unfortunately, my last two experiences have been very different.
On both occasions, the meat lacked its familiar aroma and flavor, was noticeably tougher, and contained bones that looked unusual to me.
After the second experience, I contacted the restaurant to inquire about its meat supplier. I was given a name that sounded like Jetro, but I have not independently confirmed the supplier or the origin of the meat.

I cannot identify the animal from the bones alone, and I don't want to make unsupported accusations. However, the repeated differences in taste, texture, and appearance have left me uncomfortable.
