The chocolate to knafeh ratio is also abhorrent, intensifying the bitterness of the poor quality chocolate. I wanted to support local but unfortunately, I will not be buying again. I'm celiac, so it's often hard to find places that can reliably produce good food without cross contamination, but I haven't had a problem once. I dont think the wrap with the order is GF, it's packaged separately and plastic wrapped though, so not a big deal. I normally just give that to my roommate anyway. Overall, they're incredibly consistent and I highly recommend."

"I ordered the Large Mix (Shawarma & Donair), and the portion size was nowhere near what I would expect from a “large” plate. The serving was extremely small, and honestly, I don’t think the amount of food I received would even qualify as a regular mixed plate at most shawarma restaurants.
Don’t be fooled by the menu photos, they make the portions look generous, but what you actually get is very disappointing. I paid $29.99 for the Large Mix, and the plate came with only two small pieces of potato lol.
I’ve tried shawarma from many places across Canada, and this was by far one of the worst experiences when it comes to portion size and value for money. The taste was okay, not bad but nothing special either. The food did not match the price or the expectations set by their menu.
I won’t be ordering from here again. Definitely not worth the money. See it for yourself i guess, but definitely wont be coming back.

I've tried a lot of great shawarma in my years in Calgary, but this is the first restaurant I've tried that made me feel like I was home. The food is simply superb.
