Today I tried Protein House did the large LR Steak Burrito and a shake and it took forever, pack your patience, but it was fabulous. I was able to take in about 1500 cal, 132g protein, 90 carbs and 68g fat and I already feel so much better and have half left. You can be cheap and go to other places and get something easy but if your goal is to eat clean, spend the money if you don't have the time.
