This brisket, however, was excessively oily and didn’t contain any proper slices. Instead, it seemed mashed up and mixed together, with very few whole pieces.

Pho broth was ok but kind of fatty. Fresh rolls needed Thai basil or other herbs instead of the crispy garlic, and the Vietnamese rolls were fine but barely warm when I got it.
