These were the comfort enchiladas I needed. The Enchilada Santa Fe really hit the spot, and they had a bit of a kick...I'd say medium spice but also I'm from the northeast. Spicy enough to be fun. I've been ordering from different Mexican restaurants looking for that classic plate of rice and beans and a little bit of lettuce for crunch, and then the simple but perfect cheese enchiladas barely visible under a sea of red sauce and cheese. Waffle portion is kinda small and dense but flavorful, more like a half waffle size or less.
I would have thought the chicken in The Outlaw Country Breakfast would have be hand breaded and fried, but more like a a thin frozen meal patty maybe but still good .
Gravy (I got in the side) could have used more pepper etc. .
But yeah overall still kinda warm and fresh upon arrival and will for sure order again probably early in the morning and other breakfast things to try.

I called the establishment to ask them to make the burrito a bean and cheese,green chile on the side and a side of sour cream. They wanted to charge me $3.50 for a side of sour cream. When did a beef burrito and a cheese burrito cost the same? There was no cheese on the inside of the burrito. I have been a patron for over 25 years. Extremely disappointed.
