The Glazed Salmon tasted fresh and well seasoned--- I just wish the skin was cooked more, I didnt eat that part because it was squishy on both sides. Next time I'll be sure to include a note to make sure the skin is cooked through-- but other than that I really enjoyed the food and the portion size was filling. The glaze for the salmon came on the side, its a honey sauce and taste like that exactly. I do wish there was a little more umph to the sauce, if the salmon was cooked in the sauce it would add even more flavor to it. Id also like to add, the Crispy Bread Pudding is such great desert, its sweet but just the right amount and the crisp on the edges with the creamy filling make this a desert worh purchasing every time."
