"I placed a cake order through DoorDash, and it was substituted because the original cake was out of stock, which I completely understood and had no issue with. The problem was that the replacement cake was missing all the ingredients that are supposed to be inside. It was basically just a plain chocolate and vanilla ice cream cake.
I went to the store and showed photos of the inside of the cake from multiple angles. The employee I spoke with, who said he was the one who made the cakes, insisted that the cake was built correctly.
