"I’ve been a loyal customer of Hacienda for a few years now, but my recent experience has left me pretty disappointed. I usually order their fajitas with combo chicken/steak because it’s a hassle to make them myself. But the last time I ordered them, they were just okay. But tonight, they were absolutely terrible!
The steak was tough and chewy, and the chicken tasted like it was leftover. There was an odd odor and flavor that didn’t match the typical taste of fajitas. I tried to make a couple of fajitas, but it was impossible to eat them.
To make matters worse, I always use half of my order at a time, so now I have another half that will end up in the trash. I also ordered an extra side of guacamole and sour cream and there only about a teaspoon of each. The tortilla of chips tasted like cardboard, and the salsa was not very pleasant.
The Charro beans were watery and tasted like canned beans. The rice was dry and bland, and I couldn’t quite place the flavor. I ordered a kids’ burrito meal, it was supposed to have a meat choice, but it didn’t have a choice offer. I ordered it anyway, thinking a cheese and bean burrito would be okay and chose refried beans and guacamole.
But the refried beans were just as bad as the rest of the meal. The burrito was dry and barely chewable, and there was no queso covering it.
I guess it’s time for me to cut Hacienda off of my restaurant listings.

"Actually horrible. Melted ice cream that was in a tiny dressing container and would be a bite but it wasn't ice cream. Just cream. (For the brownie). Chicken was under cooked and rubbery, tasted like they deep fried it frozen. Tasted nasty. "I wouldn't call it good food, but it wasn't the worst, either. We've just never had a Taco Salad where there was no seasoning on the meat. Even the ranch dressing didn't have much in it for seasoning. Everything sort of tasted the same, and oddly, there wasn't even much of a smell to it like there is when you get something well seasoned.
It was disappointing, but the portions were quite large, (the burrito was the size of a small baby!), and the veggies were fresh.
We would try it again if we found out they seasoned it better, but the way it stands, we probably won't order again."
