The lamb shank was very small and mostly fat, again no seasoning. Sadly, the Chenjeh kabob was so overcooked and dry with no seasoning, I don't think even salt. It came in a big container with 8 small scattered pieces of meat- looked a bit sad. We had eaten at Alborz in probably 2013 and enjoyed it, not so much now. We are fans of Persian food.
