"Who doesn't love Culver's? I'd say it's the best burger from a fast food establishment. So I had no issues with the food. The issue was with items missing from the order. I was missing pretzel bites, a cheese sauce, all the sauces that came with the value meals, and last but not least my husband's fries, which I didn't notice until I came home from driving to Culver's to get my missing items.
It was a rough day and I was looking forward to comfort food magically showing up at my door. When I realized items were missing I hopped in the car and drove the few miles to the store. The employees were so very nice and apologized profusely. I understand sh*t happens. Along with my items the manager gave me a coupon for a free meal and told me I could pick out a custard to take home, which I happily did. It worked out for Culver's because I can't imagine my life now without their chocolate pecan caramel custard and will be going there (probably weekly lol) for this heaven sent dessert.
I want to acknowledge the staff and manager as they went above and beyond to correct a mistake. Thank you gals!"

This time I tried the B9. Rice Noodle Salad with chicken. Portion size of the noodles was great- enough for me to split into two servings. The cucumbers were fresh and the pickled veggies were crisp. The chicken had a nice curry seasoning.
Only critique is it could use more of the herbs and veggies usually included in these bowls.

You also can't top the prices for what you get, you get a great amount of whatever it is you order, for a great a price.
If you're having it delivered, it doesn't show half melted & dripping all over, they package it up nicely, another thing I noticed when I found this place & lastly if you order a flavor and they don't have it, somebody will call you see if you'd like something else instead of just picking something for you but the other nice thing is, anybody I have spoken with there so far has been extremely friendly.
So the customer service is also great!
I could seriously rant on about Jeremiah's forever but I think this gives a pretty good idea on how I feel about what they have to offer & touches on a little bit of everything they have to offer from their products, service etc Id definitely recommend for anybody to at least try it, if you like ice cream & Italian icees then this is your place, you won't be sorry.

Recently, while visiting my daughter in Florida, I decided to order from their Fort Myers/Lehigh area location. I was very disappointed. Instead of their typical beautiful baby-blue bag with a handle and a glossy attached card, my cake arrived in a plain paper bag with a simple sticker. The presentation felt significantly downgraded.
I’m not sure if this was due to the local franchise, demographics, or some other factor, but for me the experience just wasn’t the same. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from that location again.
