The Kolache's are some of the best we have had in Houston. Soft and slightly sweet bread and filled with delicious meats and cheese. Our favorites were the ham and cheese, the Jalapeno sausage and cheese, and the brisket.
The breakfast sandwich on croissant was good as well, tasted like actual breakfast sausage.
The donuts we tried were delicious and super soft like little clouds and the eclair was excellent, they actually fill their eclairs proper with lots of cream more than most places.
The Vietnamese coffees were great, strong like you'd expect and the matcha was amazing.
Overall we give them 9/10 very good and highly recommend."

"First time to try Black Rock. Coffee & muffin were very good. Best thing aboutmy order was that I could actually order it for delivery. I am a Starbucks junkie, but ordering a drink drink from any of the delivery apps is difficult and very expensive if you use sugar free syrups. Example: @ SB a venti sugar free vanilla latte ends up costing $12.05 to build a Venti Latte w/sugar free syrup and 1extra shotbecause the apps charge you over $1 for each pump of syrup added.
This Black Rock coffee tastes good, allows you to select sugar free syrup with no extra cost and only cost $9.30 for the same delivered drink. All the apps could improve the method for syrups selection and additions. They must not realize just how many diabetics and sugar free users are out there.

As the employee went to hand me the bag I asked her about two of the flavors she had scooped, as they were not varieties I had ordered. She explained that they were out of those flavors. I then asked, "So, were you just not going to tell me?" To which she replied, "I thought this was just a doordash order..." I responded, "That shouldn't make a difference."
