The food itself didn’t make up for it either. The enchiladas were filled with dry chicken, the beans were oddly sweet (like sugar was added), and the Mexican rice was bland.
Also, be careful with special requests—they significantly upcharge (3x what it should be) and don’t seem to follow through. Honestly, it would’ve been cheaper to DoorDash a bag of shredded Mexican or Chihuahua cheese and add it in myself."

"Ordered at 1 am and my food arrived beautifully. I had originally ordered a carnitas burrito but ended up with carne asada, but I am not mad at it all. Good was fresh, well made, as it has been for over 13 years (used to go there often when I was in high school). This is one of the very few places that has kept their good prices and awesome quality over the years! I also ordered a side of rice that was perfect. Rice was well made, not overcooked, and the flavor was amazing."
"I was looking for a San Diego style carne asada burrito and Albert's made this for me. I have been outside of California for a good while so this was a treat. The burrito is huge as you would expect the size of your forearm came with the two red and two green sauces and I had it prepared with carne asada, pico de gallo, guacamole, and cheese. No rice or beans in my burritos thank you very much. The ingredients are fresh and taste nice. Personal preference would be a little more char and seasoning on the meat like lime and salt. other than that it was perfect and hit the spot. I would order from them again.
