I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. It smelled amazing when we walked. Even at eight years of age, I could tell this was an authentic restaurant that baked their bread fresh on site. I've tried cheesesteaks from places all over the world when I was in the Army. If I had a better cheesesteak better than the one I had from Pardon My Cheesesteak at any point in the past, I don't remember when or where. It was absolutely delicious! The bread was soft as cotton and the meat was tender, seasoned to perfection, and falling off of the sandwich, but it was so much meat ⏸️ that it didn't matter. In fact my dog was the beneficiary to the excess meat. The sandwich had more than enough cheese which tasted amazing and it was completely melted, which is a rarity these days. I loved the sautéd onions and the secret sauce gave it a little kick. ( They put a fair amount of sauce on, but the sandwich didn't get soggy) I will definitely order from here again, probably by the weekend."

"The Ruby's BBQ Combo was good the link was spicy and the wings had great flavor. Personally wish the bbq sauce wasn't all over my fries, but that is my personal preference. The Fried Catfish was fried to perfection, crispy and well seasoned a bit salty if you add hot sauce, but again personally preference. Sadly they were out of the Poun Caked but substituted with a sweet potato pie (with permission) and it amazing, taste like my grandmother's. The Mac and cheese was good it had the right amount cheese had to add salt and pepper but that is understandable when it comes to Mac and cheese. The Pineapple Pound Cake was moist and good the icing did melt a little from being on top of the hot food in the bag but thatvwas fine because I like warm cake.
