I was having one of my worst days in a long time, didn't feel like cooking and ordered 2 whoppers & fries. Not expecting anything special, I was so pleasantly surprised when I took off the bun to add my own burger sauce , and I see that both whoppers are beautifully wrapped instead of generically like every other burger place. This was done with intention & care . But the actual burger, I see the pickles & mustard & ketchup arranged in a smiley face. When I tell you that made my day in so many ways, it legitimately put a smile on my face on a day I felt my lowest. It may seem small, but this experience made a major impact on my day and week, thank you to the employee who took an extra 30 seconds to go above and beyond and put a smile on a strangers face.
