"I ordered the portion for 1 person and got an Huge Portion like in the picture, this is the second Time I am ordering via Doordash. The Chips from here are amazing, 1 of the few places I know that do twice cooked chips( the chips have an amazing crunch, ASMR heaven) and the portion fed me, wife and my 12 year old son for dinner, and there was still leftovers(Salad). "Appreciated the fast preparation but the turkish bread was cold on arrival, and bits of it tasted burnt. The cold bread wasn't from the delivery as it came in an insulated bag and it was quick. There was way too much sauce in the Kebab and the contents were falling out, generously stuffed but so hard to get a proper bite of everything, as it was all salad on one side and all meat on the other. "After a door dasher issue, involving the driver taking the item and cancelling the order the merchant reached out multiple times and remade the order.
Even after I mentioned this would lead to an unfair loss for their business they insisted to make sure I would get food in a timely manner as it was late at night. (Never found out what happened to the missing order)
This shows genuinely customer care. Something rare in the delivery industry. Without them I would've have probably needed to contact DoorDash for 60 minutes and then cancel my order completely and pick a midnight option.
The food itself was exactly what I wanted, a good serving of everything, meat, chips, salad, bread and sauces. It came fresh, well seasoned and even the salad didn't seem like it was rushed with a generous amount of feta and olives.
