It was more like a skin of cheese over a ball of not quite mashed potatoes. We hadn't had them before, so I think we just learned they aren't our faves, but you may still like them! The chicken on my sandwich looked old, tasted dry and rubbery, and didn't seem fresh at all. The bread was soggy, and the whole sandwich was just nasty and hard to eat. For the price I paid, I expected hot and fresh food, not something that looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I'm very disappointed with the quality and would like a refund for this meal. I hope this issue gets addressed so other customers don't have the same experience."
