"I had stopped going here about a year ago, because their food quality had really gone downhill, but I was feeling lazy desperately wanted potato cakes and didn't want to spend heaps on delivery. This place seems to have really picked up its game since the last couple of times I ordered. I don't know if it has new people running it or what, but it has majorly improved. The Potato Cakes were crispy and fluffy (previously the were rubbery). The rest of the food was as you would expect (again a huge improvement compared to previous orders).
The only critism I have is they were a little heavy handed with the chicken salt.

All dishes lacked basic seasoning resulting in very bland food which at this price point is unacceptable. HHCC Chick’n Strips (3 pce) was overcooked and bone dry, tasting only like old burnt fryer oil. The accompanying sauce was a low quality overly sweet syrup instead of true honey which was difficult to eat. The Muffler NEW! was also lacking any seasoning. The pickles and the BBQ sauce carried the burger, so there is definitely potential there. Moving forward I will not be spending money at this establishment, and I would not recommend others to either."

Holy Moeley and Winner Winner - 100% can NOT fault their chicken cooking abilities. It was juicy! Not under or over cooked, just perfect! Sour cream was watery and lumpy. mixed it up, ate it. All in all, 3.5 out 5.(can't do halvies on door dash) If you can change the Chips in the parma meal for something else that would be ideal. If you can't then you need to make sure you have a menu option for people who DON'T want your chips with their meal. Please take in consideration. FJ Slaw was a 7/10 with creamy mayo and paprika dressing. Fresh and tasty. just expect more when they say "special Jackson sauce".
