We’ve tried time and time again to support this restaurant, but unfortunately it’s consistently inconsistent. The toppings are never what is advertised or what we requested. The meat and sauce aren’t distributed throughout the pita, so most bites are dry and lacking flavor. On top of that, the toppings seem low quality, especially considering the price.
The plates are simply too expensive to be prepared this cheaply. We really wanted to like this place, but after several disappointing experiences, it’s hard to justify coming back."

Less impressed with the Cubana sandwich. 3 stars out of 5. While it was fairly tasty and stuffed with shredded pork and ham, arrived still warm and wrapped in foil.... but ... unfortunately the bottom layer grilled bread was really really soggy as was the lettuce. Most likely due to juices from the shredded pork, and runny tomatoes and mayo. Next time I would request them to hold the lettuce (so soggy!) and also skip the tomatoes and mayo. The sandwich came with spicy hot sauce and peppers on the side, but no fries or chips included. Beware that spicy sauce, it is fire! Good thing they serve it on the side. Fans of hot spicy sauce will like it a lot.
Delivery arrived fast, with utensils in the bag but no napkins.
Overall a decent enough first impression that we will probably try them again and explore the menu further. "

"While we've had very positive experiences with Panera Bread in the past, this order missed the mark. The Strawberry Banana Smoothie was very disappointing as it had a very bland flavor tasting mostly of barely ripe banana. I really couldn't taste much strawberry at all. It's also the equivalent of a small drink. For what you pay, you should get a larger cup. The NEW French Ciabatta Dipper was very tasty and the dip was like an onion soup, so it was extremely flavorful, but there was barely any meat in it. Again, for the price, we expected much more. We were also extremely let down by the Brownie and Cinnamon Roll. The brownie tasted a little chalky and lacked rich chocolate flavor. The cinnamon roll tasted extremely processed and not at all fresh. It was like the kind you get in a wrapper from a gas station convenience store. It left my brother feeling nauseous. I was very happy with the tomato bisque Soup/Mac and Salad with the chicken ceasar salad. Still, paying more than $75 for a meal for two that largely lacked flavor, freshness, and quantity is a huge bummer. The value just wasn't there. "
